At for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), providing Information & Solutions Architect services, for the development and implementation of advanced technical solutions for their Information Management Program. Employing agile methodologies, I collaborated with the executive team to establish milestones and targets through the sprint backlog. The platform received full accreditation, aligned with quality goals, enterprise objectives, and was delivered on time, before launch, and within budget. Formed a service provider and incident management for the National Police, delivering crucial ICT services. This included supporting emergency control rooms, establishing seamless connectivity for police stations, vehicles, and field operations. Sucessfully completed a number of projects including classified and unclassified like the creation of the new international radar network RAPNET.
Identifying and setting up the project proposal and delivery plans, responsible for the systems for the newly created The European Air Transport Command command centre that exercises the operational control of the majority of the aerial refueling capabilities and military transport fleets of a consortium of seven European Union member states.
Responsible for implementing, managing the ICT lifecycle of, and overseeing change and incident management for mission-critical projects involving classified applications, data infrastructure, and networks. I also spearheaded the transformation of the IT service management processes for the Ops-room, optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless business continuity in the war theatre.
Translated requirements into an integrated project-portfolio for new ICT systems. Specifically, I led a project to integrate and migrate ICT systems utilized in the air traffic control tower of the Navy airport in Den Helder, Netherlands. Additionally, as a business analyst and project lead, I successfully transformed the key management system on the Navy base, automating and redefining processes, roles, and responsibilities. This involved conducting GDPR analysis and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
